TERMS OF SERVICE & EULA

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the KitchenCFO service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use our services.

2. License Grant

KitchenCFO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the web application and financial intelligence bot strictly for your internal business management purposes, subject to these terms.

3. QuickBooks & Square Integrations

Our service provides features that connect to your Square POS and QuickBooks Online accounts. By connecting your third-party accounts, you authorize KitchenCFO to:

• Retrieve transaction histories, categories, inventory data, and sales information.
• Post and modify records (such as expense Purchases and General Ledger entries) on your behalf in your linked QuickBooks company.

You acknowledge that the accuracy of all QuickBooks ledger data relies on proper category configuration and correct receipt captures.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to modify, hack, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the KitchenCFO system. You must not use our software for any illegal activities or to upload malicious files or incorrect documents intended to fraud accounting systems.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

KitchenCFO is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that calculations are 100% compliant with local tax authorities. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all General Ledger postings in QuickBooks before finalizing tax filings.
